3 Years Ago...

Sometime in the month of March 2008 our five little snowflakes were "created" and frozen. One has been released to heaven, and one is growing inside of me. I can't wait to see our little girl, but also to give the last three a chance at life in the next few years. I am so grateful for the journey God has put us on. I never thought I would be grateful for infertility but I am. =)

Decided we were done with tests and treatments (felt like we were wasting time and money especially when there are lives already waiting for love. This is why we were not comfortable with doing IVF): 12/09
Mutually decided we were ready to adopt!: 1/30/10
Loved the idea of embryo adoption! Submitted our application to the NEDC: 2/7/10
Application accepted, on waiting list for mock transfer (booked until end of May): 2/24/10
Homestudy started with Bethany: 3/19/10
Last minute cancellation call (scheduled our mock transfer): 4/16/10
Mock transfer and consult (good results) (test: cervical mucus ph is normal & SHG normal): 4/19/10
Adoption education seminar (changed our idea of closed adoption to open): 4/23/10- 4/24/10
Homestudy approved!: 6/23/10
Donor family (that we approved) approves our profile: 6/30/10
Start FET cylce meds (lupron shot): 8/25/10
1st Ultrasound & labs (passed): 9/2/10
